JD for PSR/ RMD:
1. Taking orders from retail outlet.
2. Visit 40 outlets per day
3. Mature orders from minimum 28 outlets per day.
4. Merchandizing Coke freeze / cooler,product display as per norms.
5. Meet monthly sales target volume .
6. Building relationship with existing & new distributors.
Qualification:
PSR & RMD – Minimum HS passed with valid documents/Graduate candidates preferrable. Cycle / Bike(DL).
Local candidates with experience in field sales will be Preferable.
Age – 29 yr Max. (Male only).
Gross- Salary –
PSR & RMD- Grade-1 (Graduate) Rs-17900/- & Grade-2 (HS) Rs- 17100/-
Benefits- PF,ESI,Bonus,TA/DA,Mobile .
JD for NDE:
1. Need to developed the given areas with acquisition new client.
2. Minimum 25 outlets need to visit(P/D).
3. Rest guidance will be provide in training.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate & Bike with valid license is must
Must be from local / surrounding areas
Age – 29 Yr max
Salary – 20k Gross
Benefits – Bike allowance + TA + Mobile,PF,ESI.
Candidate from Sales Experience preferable(Minimum 6 Month )
All profile candidates have to come at Dankuni plant for the interview and training will be scheduled after selection. Lunch will be provided by the company(Training Time at Dankuni Plant).
No accommodation will be provided.
Training for PSR /RMD – 8 days….2 days at dankuni then 4 days at their areas and again 2 days in dankuni.
FMCG / FMCD sales experience preferred.
