KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
– Lead the production Team
– Maintenance of production machines
– Planning and communication
– Optimize production efficiency, plant effectiveness and equipment
– Inventory management
– GMPs – good manufacturing practices
– SOPs – standard operating Procedures
– SHE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– National Diploma in mechanical / electrical Engineering
– 4 yrs apprenticeship training with reputable institution
– Minimum 2 yrs post qualification experience
– Knowledge on packaging Machines, e.g. Form Fill & Seal, BU4T lane, Illapark, Multiweighers scales, flow wrappers, & Heat shrink tunnels.
– Computer Literacy
– Experience in FMCG environment an added advantage
– Must be of sober habits

– Able to work long hours and under pressure
